Those were some good strips for a first go round and I'd say you have the makings of a fine comic with the ideas I've seen so far. You did well picking all that up by reading comics. I had to read Scott McCloud's book length essays on the subject to understand a lot of truly made them work. At one time I would have been mystified that people didn't understand the comic but it doesn't have references to the video game of the week or any net speak in sight and attention spans in the internet age are sometimes hard to register even when measured in nano-seconds. Should you start making the comic again or even start over, please don't change the humor in it to suit that crowd. Your strips were just fine the way they were.

I can't remember when I created it. It was a strip between you and Huscoon. I can't even remember the punchline it's that bad. But you were in it.

I think by the time I was going to ask you if it was okay, I had resigned to not finish it.
