oh this is woozie's character, who is a punk giraffe (check his twitter link that I left in the description). Someone gave Woozie the "ex Toys-r-us mascot" name for a badge for the FWA convention and it just happened that Toys-r-us announced their shutting down the next day. so I guess the joke bacame kinda realer lol
