Trying to teach myself some sculpting in Zbrush when I have a little bit of free time.
Started out trying to make Lilith's head, but I didn't know about dynamesh at the time, so I was stretching her geometry terribly. xD
Second attempt was Cramoisi's head sculpt. I'm pretty happy with the head structure, but can't figure out how to get the hair to flow nicely. I also made some simple eyes, but they looked terrifying when placed in the sockets, so... I'll have to figure that bit out some other time.
Newest is the Alolan Vulpix. I want to teach myself how to sculpt, rig, texture, etc. from start to finish, so I wanted to choose a simple character design that I enjoyed. I can't find a good method of bending/curving legs and tails yet, nor an easier way to make the curls in the hair fluffs, but for the most part I'm happy with how I've shaped it so far.
Anyway, just wanted to share them a bit. The sculpts are pretty basic and likely done wrong in a lot of ways, but I want to motivate myself to keep going when I can.

Thank you!
I watched this video recently about a worker at Riot Games who taught himself 3D and eventually got a job in it. He recommended setting your goals high and start out by making harder pieces at first because you'll learn much more and won't be as slow when making smaller pieces. It makes a lot of sense to me, and I feel like I have a lot in common with him work-wise, so I kind of wanted to jump right in and make a full sculpt from start to finish if possible.
Unfortunately, I don't know as much about blender, but the Blender Guru does seem to have a lot of popular tutorials and interviews that might help. Good luck!
