And the ones that ARE implemented, recently got badly nerfed. Warlock's skill "Jack Frost" used to do 200,000+ damage, now it only does around 30,000. And it's got a long-ass cast delay, too (10 seconds or somethin')
Yet the GM doesn't care about Rune Knight being able to spam its skill that does like 70k to everything around it. Nope, that's not cheap at all.
