Yeah, Rocket should REALLY look up more on his bounties other than just then the money for them. Thanks to Kirby's Friend Heart, he help awaken Rocket's more "classic heroic" side, something closer how he started out in the comics than how the movies and games present him as.
Based on what I understand how the Friend Hearts work, if Kirby used it on someone like "Crazy Steve" From ASBaR, he would have Adam West as a alley... though truth be told, I only have played the game demo so far.
