This is Jenna's and Fang's Daughter, Sapphire Minxheart. She has a different last name since she was placed under adoptive care of Ella Minxheart while Jenna and Fang entered cryofreeze to a different time period 200 years in the future. Sapphire later joined them in cryo when she was 17 and 8 months and Jenna was 20 and Fang was 21 when they were in cryo.
