All he wanted to do was become a better swimmer. He went to the public pool and can only look at the everyone else having fun. He was to old to be in the sallow end. When a lady asked why he wasn't in the water he sighed telling her he couldn't swim.

She smiled and handed him a bottle. He was confused. She told him it held special properties and would help him float in the water like he was filled with air. He looked at the bottle and decided "what the heck" he applied the lotion as the lady walked away and disappeared into the crowd.

When he was done he walked to a more deep end, just to test it out. He went into the water and actually felt like he was floating. Until he noticed something. It was like he was floating he was actually floating. He looked at he legs now becoming orange and feeling less like skin and more like vinyl. He tired to get out of the pool only to hear his swimming shorts rip and a orange air filled vinyl tail loomed behind him.

The vinyl spread balloon his body up. He tired to yell but was muffled. A muzzle with a toon like smiles not meant for words. His arms became light his body floating more and more. Be was becoming less human by the second. He wasn't even becoming an actual orange furred fox. He was just a toy... a pool toy.

No one really noticed him change and when he was done some kids saw him and played with him. They left him floating in the pool. A worker after hours deflating him and putting him in the lost and found box.
