It's my new icon series, and much like the "O Face" series, commissioners will receive three sizes of their icon: 100x100px, 512x512px, and 5x5in!

Unfortunately I don't think that would work out, since these are a different price than the O Face icons. I can't interchange commissions that are differently priced.
I also think it's important to note, the phrase "haven't received it yet" may give folks the wrong idea that you are overdue for your O Face icon. That isn't the case, you ordered it for the batch that will be drawn tomorrow, 4/20, in my stream. Just want to clear that up! :)
