Considering that the minigun weighs about 300 pounds, I don't think she'd be able to support the combined force of the weight of the minigun and the kickback from the gun firing. :<

Actualy she can,

Either i go along the lines of her being heavily modifiyed with mechanical bits, Or a Gel. I think for this we'll use the biomechanics.Arms, Legs, Spine. also adds enough weight for her to withstand the kickback.
