Bravo! *Tosses sunflower seeds* The sequence of events and writing is absolutely perfect in translating the epic scene of Avis Brightwing's fall from power. I'm particularly fond of Fuxie's "I can do anything with anger." and the Godot quote Tealeon provides in response as their skirmish comes to a close.
Further compliments for how this mission shows how this particular assignment effected each member of the Quick and the Angry. Based on the events in Missions 1 througn 5, it is easy to see that they have learned a lot from their experiences in this assignment and have come a long way since taking on King Avis' job assignment.
I could go on, but I am honestly having one of those rare times where it is just too hard for me to put into words how impressed I am in how you've worked everything up to this point. The best analogy I can give for it is that, after seeing these last three entries, I rewind back to the beginning and realize how methodically much of this series has been planned and worked out. Like watching a good murder mystery where you get the surprise ending and you can't help but go through it again to notice all the subtle points that were always there, but you just didn't grasp because you may not have been looking for them at first. Oopa!
*Flutter jumps* Gabby-Gabby-Gaboo!

Hehe, gotta love the not-last-minute-but-kinda-late additions! ;3 I'm glad I stuck 'em in there then! There are a lot of different exchanges I wanted to be a part of this comic, but I'm not sure I can get everyone in there. I'm glad I've gotten at least a few in so far. (:
I'm glad you could tell! I have a piece I wanna show just so I can hurry up and get the "how it effected these people" part of it outta my system, since it was more than just the Q&A that ended up being effected by this too... but saying much now would be too early. 8D But I think it's funny that you mention murder mysteries, because Phoenix Wright was a big inspiration. (: I love how the relationships unravel as you find out more in each case of the story, and how things turn out. Anytime that happens in shows I can get into it all the more. I plan to do it for the rest of the chapters. (:

Ooh, I love a good teaser. Makes me look forward to that next section even more now. :)
As for Phoenix Wright, I have got to give you credit for always keeping me interested in the game. Heck, I even thought about it today as I was summoned for *gasp* jury duty *cue sound effect from Law & Order[/i]*.
If I might ask, how big are the fonts in Phoenix Wright? I recently traded some stuff in to get a DSi and am, at long last, able to play my Yoshi's Island DS. However, I still have a rough time reading the text. I found a copy of Phoenix Wright, but I don't want to buy it if I can't see it. So, would you say the fonts are pretty big and mostly on a black background? Or, as I fear, they are small and the background they are read on varies from black?

Ehehe, wow! I was summoned for that too a few weeks ago, but had to pass it up until winter break comes. :3 Hopefully it won't be too boring!

This is a video of the first case in Phoenix Wright. They have white text against a dark but transparent background. The screen for the video is a bit larger than the DS, so you might have to imagine a little, but it should give you an idea of what to expect text-wise. It's good that you're trying to find out about it first, since it's heavily text-based.

Thanks! I just got done watching the video and, upon review, have discovered that there is no way that I would be able to see well enough to play it. :( *sigh* Ah, well. I can always watch the videos here-and-there and get to learn about how fun it is through the cool references you make in your works. :) If anything, the video did prove just how interesting the game is and that, if given the right medium, it would be a title that could absorb much of my spare time.
On a related note, my poor vision actually got me out of jury duty! :) They asked me today if I could make a case that would take two days to complete and I told them, "Yes, pending I have a driver." Well, the court wasn't exactly happy with that answer so they told me I could leave early. Hurray! So, in this sense, lousy eye sight did save me five hours more of agonizing waiting around. Oopa!

Hehe, it's alright. :3 There's some rumor about it being made into an anime (I'm guessing it'll be similar to Detective Conan, if so), so if that does ever happen, it would be a neat way to experience the attorney world. :B
Woo! Luckily it helped ya out of a boring few days. 8D Much nicer than just having the event prolonged. (:

Even with a spoiler in the title, I was still a little surprised.
My favorite part though was Coonie in panel three/ The normal, slightly smaller font, and the defeat from the jaws of victory expression meant that I could practically hear the mumbled, half-hearted "Mission Complete".
This is also a must excellent take on Yosh's story, too. I suppose you could explain Nishi's not recognizing Toroth latger on pretty easy-- dragons and babies all look alike-- scary!
