Born under mysterious curcumstances and raised as a monk of Bahamut, Minoha followed the tenants of the Dragon God without fault. Unfortunately one day her monestary was attacked, the monks slaughtered, and her temple destroyed leaving her battered and broken beneath the pile of rubble. With her last dying breath, she said one last prayer to ask for forgiveness and retribution for her lost home and loved ones. Hearing her call, the Dragon God of Justice answered her cry, restoring her body and saving her life. Though unfortunately, her lower body had been so damaged by the burning rubble that Bahamut had to bestow upon her one of his scale, touching her hip with it. Next thing she knew, she had been transformed into a Naga, dragon essense flowing through her veins.
