The one was found right next to a river, on the mud near reeds, its tail always stick up high, and when its tip is ripe it will break to reveal a lot of floof that will eventually be carried by the wind. Puffles seem to love playing and even eating this floof, though others might sneeze. It always regrows back if enough water is provided!
