I doubt some curse will change Andy. He is himself and he is very selfless to protect everyone from himself. Maybe Andy will prove that there is no curse and that he is just a "normal" Blood red dragon.

its is a question of how much stock they put into the curse. I agree with Salrie, though. Andy cna still choose and be himself.
