Obsidian's backstory is far more complex than I've led on as portraying him and also creating him. He's a far more flawed dark being than most know. In the universe I created for him, he's among the ranks of the stronger Pangeans(Dinosaurs that evolved to sentience after surviving the extinction level event that originally wiped out the dinosaurs in our Timeline). At his peak(pictured here) He's a Pangean God. It's not so much a transformation as it is just a state. There is no physical change aside from the Aura and his eyes glowing bright purple enough to where it would appear his irises dissappear. He's a planet buster in this state. Getting in his way would not end well when provoked like this. Art is by my good friend  Delta141 He's such a fantastic artist I can only say good things about him and reccommend him.
