A most adorable toxic creature, Toxeen used to be an ordinary corgi, until she (in her mischievous nature) ended up falling into a vat of radioactive toxic waste. She never wanted to be a super hero, but she has since embraced her uniqueness. Leaving her family and name behind, Toxeen works in the shadows. She is a team player, and has no problems taking on a partner.
