I don't really know the inspiration behind this one, but I guess it's a genetically engineered tiny Yoshi breed that want's nothing but to be normal sized like the other Yoshi's, so it gets the hand thing that assisted it's creation to fill it with water, thinking it will make it normal sized. Not exactly the brightest of Yoshi's is he?
