Just finished this. I love how it came out. I've been dying to do an avian tail in this style for ages, so when somebody was asking around about peacock tail commissions I totally under-bid the price, this cost them way more than the work I put in was worth. XD I had so much fun and it came out every bit as awesome as I'd hoped though.
(But from now on I'll definitely be charging full price for these guys!)

I'm a tinkerer/builder of things as well... just wish I could afford to do more fursuit things as well.
I recently took an old project box, put three on/off toggle switches, wired up a 12v power supply to it that went to the Cyron led bars that the controller recently burnt out on me and made a simple controller to turn on or off each of the three base colors.
