3D printed Magazine adapter & Rear sight for paintball gun
Something that I wanted to do for years, but couldn't because I didn't have access to a 3d printer...make some parts for my paintball gun.
Since my motorized hopper recently broke, and the standard gravity hopper was causing my feed reliability to suffer, I decided to make a magazine adapter for the gun.
The magazine adapter is designed for a Tippmann 98 (any variant) but should fit in most other .68 cal paintball guns. It is suitable for RAP4 DMAGs (10, 20, 30 round compatible) and the adapter is easily removable so one can switch back to a traditional hopper without tools and at any time (even mid game).
The pic is the current version that I have on my gun, but will be subject to testing which may change the design some.
Below is a rear sight, which was also designed exclusively for a Tippmann 98 (any variant). The sight replaces the standard rear sight (goes in the same place) and is used as a rear sight for a RAP4 AK styled barrel. The front sight of the AK barrel renders the standard Tippmann sights useless, so this piece gives the user a great sight radius (20in with 14in barrel kit) without being overly intrusive to your vision while aiming. I made it because I wanted to ensure my eye level was consistent every time I aimed, which was difficult when you only have a front sight.
Heavily recommended to use with an actual stock as opposed to using the tank as a stock.
