This older image is of Meena, one of the main characters in my comic project. She's since gone through a color change, but her fur and hair have remained fairly untouched since this was made. I'll upload a more modern image with her current colors (which I accidentally found by inverting these colors and realized they looked better on her) later on.

Ralian technology is kind of an oxymoron. Their country is more or less akin to the tech we had in the 50's in America. Meena, however, was born and raised in a different country who's tech level is a little beyond ours in 2009 (they don't have flying cars, but their MP3 players can hold a few terrabytes of music. Wow!).

Meena's goal in life is to be an engineer in electronics and machinery. She has to deal with the prejudice that Ralians are incapable of such feats, and to make matters worse her mother has made her move from where she was to Ralier in order to get in touch with her roots! She managed to bring a lot of her tools with her, but she won't be finding replacement circuit boards any time soon. Meena has little to no interest in Ralian nature worship or their Magic/Mana abilities.
