Thulssa Yii is not actually in the habit of shouting silly names while casting spells, but it sounded just so anime to me that it got a good laugh, so I posted the text version.

Well, Omae wa shindeiru means "You are dead," so it wouldn't be what he says. It would probably be something more like "Omae wa tokage iru," which is something approximating "You are a lizard."
