i sure love the monochrome+vibrant color schemes, you especially nail them)
Thank you!
those two can burn in color hell for all eternity and never be seen again
i envy your "choice of disliked color", there aren't many people who are like "oh yeah, i love dark yellow"! you don't have to cringe and recoil in horror as often as i do, given the low prevalence of dark yellow
meanwhile, there is a truly alarming number of acquaintances and friends in my circle who are absolute degenerates in that they actually enjoy the color purple
I did meet one person who had dark yellow as their favourite colour, but I can't remember who. I just remember being disgusted.
And re: The above color discussion, I'm down with purple and violet, but then I like all colors, at least sometimes... But then I'm one of those wishy-washy folks who can never pick a favorite color to save their life... Although I do think of that thing that was popular in the late sixties/ early seventies where there was avocado green, burnt orange and mustard yellow... Yuck. That was some ugly sheeit! So drab... Hmmm... mustard yellow could be a dark yellow... I suppose it would be a yellow mixed with ochre? -And even those could have their place, maybe just not together...
