I always liked gloomy weather, it’s very atmospheric, I also like foggy days too. Anyway, I haven’t drawn rainy/gloomy stuff in ages so I thought I’d give that a try. Wanted to make it not as saturated and dull because that’s what gloomy days are usually like, dull grey and wet. I did lower the saturation for the eyes, but not sure if that’s enough.
