blaberus giganteus <3
I couldn't get a good photo of the wings, so I got one of the underbelly. The video shows the size of these babies very well. They're a good 4" long.

Video contains a look at blaberus craniifer (death's head roach) and blaberus giganteus (giant cave roach). The b. giganteus have a defensive odor that smells kind-of like jalapeno nachos. I am in love with them. <3

I think the chemical from the scent is what I was allergic to. Every time I held them I had a rash wherever they were at on my hand/arm. Something neat about the death's head is they love to hand out IN the water dish. It was a shallow one and there would always be one or two in it.
