The link goes to a sketch I made years ago when I was starting out.
The character was inspired by something, but I do not remember what it was, or who originally caused for it to be like that. There... WAS someone who did make me decide to just draw this character.

This guy is an army general, and one of the most dedicated, if barely decorated member of the service.

In Story - He is called upon with the sudden emergence of more Nephs in the States, viewing them as a blasphemy that needs to be removed. But that gradually changes when he sees how they really are. The man may come off as cold, but he means well and is hard working individual who does not deny the facts as he sees them, being flexible to the situation as it happens. Had a few problems in his past that had an abrupt resolution, but he is trying to make peace today.
