Was contemplating stickers for a while but thought Dazza is the kind of guy who would keep his ute uncluttered (but not very clean https://imgur.com/wPocXIR )

I know I've said it before, but. I loooove looking for all of the little details you throw in. like that traffic cone and the rugby ball on the roof, the construction fencing for curtains, and the way that wood looks so damn real, but not enough so that it's out of place in the image- it all flows so well.

Thanks TJ! this has been on the back burner for sometime now so had lots of time to put more and more bits into it, and thinking what would Darryl have at his place. Also placing as many NZ refs while I can haha. Ohh the curtains are like the one from a NZ film Once were warriors, and the two here are popping the lids like they did in the flick too

The cone and cap and grasss in the gutters, the chain the crates the proud window decorations, the tier stacks and neighbor hopping the fence, the exposed lightbulb overhead...either you’ve put in a lot of research or you’ve lived this life at one point or another. I love it, very convincing scene!
Thanks Leo! it's a mix of those two, researching local influences, thing that I found sweet, and hanging out at other peoples places. This one has been on the back burner for sometime, so was able to cram as many details in that space of time that I feel is how Darryl lives and is :]
