Long story short, something happened that has required me to have to redraw most of the character expressions for my Milkshakes visual novel :(
So here's a collection of some of the newest ones I've been working on. It sucks that I have to redraw the 20 expressions and poses I had for Vicki but on the bright side these new ones are looking a lot better then the old ones, at least to me :)
The first episode of the Visual novel has 111 pages of scripted dialogue, I'm redrawing the character artwork and my brother is working on backgrounds. The first episode probably wont have any original music but hopefully through support on patreon we'll be able to commission custom music for the visual novel the second episode.
I haven't shamelessly plugged for my Patreon in a long time but every little bit of support helps my brother and I to continue making content https://www.patreon.com/GoblinHordeStudios the more successful my patreon does the more time we can devote to working on art and things like The Milkshakes visual novel full time.

I do plan on making vicki's poses more expressive and animated like the older ones but for now I'm just focusing on her facial expressions so I have something to plug into the visual novel program, so for now there alot more simplified.

The faces will be in the game, but Im working on editing the expressions, hand gestures etc of the bodies. like Lisa's arms don't need to be in that position for all the facial expressions.
the image files for the VN character art got kinda corrupted when my computer got upgraded and all my previous art settings got erased and replaced by ironically better settings, so Its easier to redraw/trace new character assets then to try fixing them.

Hopefully you don't run into that corruption issue again. With software updates and types of file format for images though. I'm also excited to heae that there are plans for more expressive bodies with characters besides vicki. There is more things I'd like to ask but I don't want to keep bothering you with this in the comment sections. I'll be looking forward with what else you do with your original works!
