I'd recommend selling booklets in this style: https://puu.sh/AacTc.png
All the pages of the sheet music can be normal printer paper which saves on cost and you only have to really pay for the the clear cover sheet and the back plate. Spiral rings feel better to turn than 3 ring punches and are roughly the same price as seam glue. I think each one of those booklets costs me something like 1.20 USD to produce so you could sell the sheet music with minimal production cost.
