This was my warm-up drawing at Anthrocon. It's been sitting in my sketchbook since then and I scanned it tonight so I can hopefully color it while I am in OKC. No work has been done digitally, so inking errors and such are still there. I need to fit his tassets, too, I think the groin armor doesn't work as drawn.

As drawn, the tassets would tend to lock up against each other. They need to be narrower or the front one needs to be replaced with a codpiece.

how would the side lames on the helmet interact with the raised collar? Seems as if the lames might ride over the top if too wide, potentially letting a weapon slip underneath.

Overall seems a very tough nut to crack. Better have a pollaxe/canopener handy for this one.

Now that you mention it, the helm is also an issue. It was a last minute addition. I'll have to think about it.
