when gabriel got turned into a pokemon in his secret base, apparently he had quite the growth spurt, resulting in him becoming a dragonite that's even bigger than the lighthouse dragonite that visited Bill. He wears an orb as a size restraint necklace to be down to a more manageable size, in here, he's missing said orb.
