When did the Favorite Pokemon meme, I was amused. And lo and behold, I ran into the blank template for this. Those who know Headlight well are aware that she, to some degree, treats her trio of feral Pichu as equals. Just a little musing on my part if she were to let it get a bit out of hand.

As for the text in the last panel...well, kudos to those who get the reference in the fourth panel on the top row.
