lately i haven't had much free time at times still working very hard at my health for my body, mind and spirit while dealing with some personal stuff and a couple of family emergences that popped up, as my head starts racing its really starting to take a big hit in my morale. luckily i found some time to my self surprisingly from these pasted week week and a half i had an idea for a motivational shirt to keep my spirits high and to hang on to my will to keep going now i will just need to see if  artworktee can make this for me and how much it will be to get it made.
