Mmm. Baseless racist revisionist history feels good.
But then the Mormons believed that the Native Americans were a lost tribe of Israelites. Really fucking lost. And that Jesus went to them after the resurrection. I wonder how many Mormons reach out to the Native American community. They really could use some melanin in the genetic mix, since they seem to have set out to Utah with nothing but the pastiest Anglo-Saxon stock, a few generations of inbreeding didn't do them any favors. Now you can practically tell a Mormon by the shape of their head. Mitt Romney must have been surgically altered. Oddly Glenn Beck claims to be a convert. An adult convert at that! But he looks just like every Mormon man I've ever seen.
