Some kind of horned herbivore, he was originally supposed to have more different things to him, rather than just odd horns. Might mess with him a bit more, but made him while reading a vore story. I like vore, and digestion both intrigues and horrifies me, so when I'm in the mood to be thinking about it at all, I often ponder where one ends and the other begins, as well as ways to handle it that will be most enjoyable to me.

On that note we have a (seemingly) all-powerful fellow who drags prey to waiting preds, specifically prey that needs to be removed. Having found it works well for me when the story has the pred digest someone who means her harm otherwise, he does this to those who plan some great evil deed.

after imagining all this, I decided to draw the guy, about whom I may or may not make a comic later. As for the name...dunno if it'll be his job title or not, and I have no real name ideas for him yet.
