AN EDUCATED STATEMENT TO ALL AMERICANS AND AUSTRALIANS ALIKE.


Some may find it difficult to tell the difference between the Black Widow and the austrlaian Red Back. But notice the different coloring in the body, the Red Back has a much larger patch of red where as the Black Widow is mostly black with a small spot of red on it's under belly.

Also, Red Backs are larger as they have to grow roughly 40% bigger than Black Widows to survive in the australian enviroment.



But they do get bigger. Really... really bigger.... Seriously, I've seen a Red Back the size of an ash tray... The image of that beast will stick with my to the grave...

that is scary.... ashtray sized... redbacks... *whimpers*

Oh yeah, the bug in my area get HUGE. Like the cocroach I found that was as big as my fist. Or the moth that I thought was a bird. And don't even get my started on the Huntsman I found in my shed.

Dude... my house was infested with those things a few years ago, we had to remove all plants, fumigate twice and clean every corner of the house until those little spiders were gone x3
