This image was an experiment. My art for the longest time was plagued by being heavily reliant on "models". As in, I would have a set way of drawing things, which limited what I could have characters do. I've been trying to escape this and allow myself a lot more freedom. This picture was an attempt to do just that.

I could easily have flipped this image over and have drawn it the way I always do, but I drew this "upside down" just so I wouldn't be able to rely on my habits. At least, not very easily. I think it came out okay, all things considered.

By the by, Ralians have permanent kitty-faces due to how their faces and mouths are set up. I'm not trying to make them overly adorable (that's what Slissa are for), but I think it makes them a little cuter :D

By the way, this is an older image that I forgot to upload earlier. He has 5 fingers here, but Ralians have since been chanced to only having 4 fingers.
