This is the youngest of Nolis' adoptive siblings, Cecil Harvey Sages! He's twelve-and-a-half years younger than Nolis and looks up to his older brother far more than his sisters. Mary always wants to ruin the fun, and Chelsea...well, there's something off about Chelsea that he can't quite get a handle on. He's quite naive as a young child really ought to be, generally having an idea of you in your head before you even know who he is, so it can be quite easy to "betray" his trust and just as easy to win you back to his side. Despite this, he's still rather intelligent, in fact so intelligent, he's able to manage his way through a full-fledged gang war spurred on by his peers within his own elementary school! (Err, long story there.)
