Just some recent sketches I've done to get a new look going for Forest! I was inspired from finishing up FFXV the other day, and Ignis from there had a real "Forest" type of style I think, so I gave it a shot drawing something he might wear. No more hoodie, slight collar change with matching bracelet, a lil slimmer too, though that's only so when he does get all chubby it'll be more obvious, lol.
Digging it so far, what do you all think?

Ah! I've always been a fan of your work and while I love your recent style, I'm not a big fan of the wide hips your characters seemed to have developed. I guess you could say I'm still attached to the Forest Wolf Adventures comic proportions, but that's just me. Regardless, I love your work~!

I thought it was only the mouse that really had that issue! And he's designed to be that way...But I'll take a look at things and see if that's really that big of an issue! I definitely don't want everyone I draw to be like that, hehe.
That being said, I have been moving away from the webcomic designs more and more, I wanna start fresh and use them in other ideas, so I can't keep sticking to their same looks! At least that's what I think.
If you've got it on PC, there's some plugins that'll make it run smoother for you! This is the one I used and it helped a lot: https://steamcommunity.com/app/6376.....7168518535998/ . Real easy to install too.

It's just an issue with me, and you shouldn't force yourself to change just because I have a preference. I personally love round plump squishy buttcheeks, just not wide feminine hips.
I understand you moving away from your comic style, and improving on yourself. I do think you've improved a lot as an artist, even if I prefer your older styles. My favorite perhaps being the old pencil drawings from Eka's.
