I think the hardest thing you and I will ever do is build up that trust and love in our hearts again. Hope is not something anyone can just tell you to have, and suddenly there it is again in you.

It takes the right action...the right words. But the only way our worlds will grow again is if we carry a sliver of that hope, and an ounce of faith if not just in others but in ourselves. That there is nothing that truly overcomes us, and that all things of the adversarial inevitably yield.

I have never said any of this was easy. It may be the hardest thing you ever do in your life...so if you struggle..I hope you don't ask yourself over and over " what is wrong with you? " There's so much more right with you for trying. For growing...for loving and giving and believing things can get better.

And...try not to make the mistakes I made. Don't believe you're alone in this. That you're slipping away and that no one cares. Don't go quietly...and if possible, do your best not to resist the words and acts of kindness. These things...they are not illusions..they are not lies. But they will feel that way when you have believed against them for so long.

If you ever need some words of kindness, or little reminders...we all need them, I assure you...then these are all here for you. I'm here for you. We're here for you.

Stay with us for awhile. It...might be hard but it never has to be hard alone. I believe in you. I hope you can believe in you too.
