The gorgeousness of your artwork will never cease to amaze me. However, the meaning behind it concerns me greatly. I'm so sorry to hear that things have been poor, but I want to assure you that you can talk to me whenever you want or need to; happy or sad. Because every single last light makes a difference, every single light is one chance to stop that creeping night from taking another step. Every light is the chance to say this far and no farther! Each light is a precious and immutable force that brings substance to living because they all have a unique perception of the world. Every thought, every word spoke, it all offers insight into this world around us and irremovably connects us to one another. We're not single bastions of light in a dark unfeeling see; alone and helpless. We lay roots with things as simple as just being somewhere, smiling at the right moment, being weak and human when others need to see it, those stars that you speak of aren't isolated instances of being, they're a network of connections that are just so faint to see against the black; and when one of them get's snuffed out, it doesn't simply disappear, it ripples and it hurts, pulling those cords that connect it to people that you might never have realized depended so much on you. You are a beautiful and special individual and never forget that you are loved, you are needed, and what you represent in the face of eternity is so rare and so precious that it required billions of years of creation, of evolution towards the apex of physical form and thought and survival, to come to the conclusion of you! You are here for a reason, because the universe itself demanded it! And EVERY SINGLE last light is just the same, more valuable than any metal or gem; because they are rich with hopes and dreams, insecurities and doubts, humanity and love. So as black as that horrid night may seem, every light you see shimmer means that there is love out there, scattered a billion billion times over there, for you and others like you. Who does it matter to if one more disappears? It matters to me. YOU matter to me.

I just can't even begin to put in words how much this means to me.
Lately it just seems like all I do is cause problems and if I was to just go silent no one would care.
Things are starting to get better now but it's slow going.
It also really helps to hear such amazing words from an awesome person like you!
