And yes, you do indeed see a certain cameo... maybe getting food at McGitti's >;3
As for making poutine, it's super-easy... get french fries, pop some cheese curds on it and melt that cheese with some hot gravy. Recipes change from person to person... what cheese, what gravy, but it's all the same gooey, heart-stopping goodness XD
