So I was just trying out some different effects with this one as subtle things to add to the drawing, i had a look at Japanese manga comics to see what effects they used, and this is one that i thought would convey perfectly. My apologies in advance for any heart attacks, please view responsibly!

I remember you. The radioactive Eeveelution. Well, other then Nucleon, who's native to Tandor. Speaking of Tandor and radiation, I found an interesting pokemon in my travels there. Not only is it immune to radiation, but radiation is it's primary food source, it seems. Researchers dubbed the new species Hazma. The thing eats radiation by filtering it from the air, which also cleans it in the process.
More than that. It's ability has allowed for curing pokemon corrupted by radiation... sort of. The kind of corruption I'm referring to is severe, going so far as to change one's looks and typing. The only thing the treatment really cures is a heightened ferality caused by the extreme amounts of radiation, but it's better then nothing at the moment. A true cure is still in development.
