I don't watch anime or partake of manga, but saw Nanachi on YouTube because a gaming suggestion yielded "Crying Nanachi VR Raid". Wondered why the little fur-baby things were sad... I Googled it, found out about Mitty, how they got to be that way, and why Nanachi is crying. It was like Nina Tucker 2.0 in the feels and I'm already depressed.
