Intro into a mini-novel I'm working on, as I write more I'll update and link back.

This is a story about Humans and thier opening war with the alien race called the Anasazi. This happens just 50 years removed from humanities improbable victory over the alien Horks, and the founding of the United Space Nations, consiting of the former U.N. of Earth, the Scors a strange alien race freed from slavery during the war, and the Horks themselves, fortunatly the only major problems were putting down pirates and the occassional Hork ship that believed thier leaders had went soft.

This new war will reopen old wounds, threaten the peace of the U.S.N. The story is told from many different angles including rookie pilots, vets, boarding marines, space ship captains, and even politicans. Enjoy.
