I beg to differ. People have track records. Michael Bay will blow things up and boobs. Uwe Boll will make terrible game movies that have next to nothing to do with the original. Polly Shore will make you wish you had amnesia. Tommy Wiseau will be stuck in the room and this new Titans stinks of political agenda. A bad reputation is earned, and overcoming it must also be earned.
Well the only difference between those guys and this is that we've actually seen their films so we know what they're like. All we've seen from the live-action Titans series are some production photos and that's not really enough to decide whether it'll be a good or bad show.
At first I thought The Lego Movie was gonna be dumb like a movie version of Robot Chicken until I actually saw it and it turned out to be much much better.
