I saw what you said earlier and I can't believe there aren't more cute non pony characters. I guess Zecora isn't "technically" a pony so she might work but that's the only other non pony character who'd probably look cute in diapers. Iron Will wouldn't be classified as "cute" but maybe it could work. Maybe a humiliated Garble could work but I'm not sure. Diapered Discord maybe? I suppose with enough work, lots of characters could be cute but their still should be more naturally cute non pony characters in the show.
