Any Parks & Rec fans here? ^_^ This was made for a Parks & Rec themed art show at Jerry's Artarama in Austin, TX! I had to try my hand at Champion, the three-legged pit bull adopted by Andy in the show. Such a sweetie! The "sweater" has velcro and is removable, also adorned with a KNOPE 2012 pin!
