It definitly looks cool.
Some technical/conceptional feedback, though.
It seems unhandy that the venom is just fluiding around there loosely. No matter where the channel is that leads to the tip, there is at least one spatial orientation of the dagger where it doesn't fill after. Even when the pump is hidden in the blade somehow, you could get air-bubbles and such issues.

Showing the venom-meter is definitly cool and can be explained by "to quickly check how much is left". However, a syringe concept would be much more reasonable than just freely moving fluid. Doesn't have to be a regular design, of course. You can go funky, with spirals or whatever.
While I'm already talking: Striche für Mililiter oder Dosen sind bei durchsichtigen Flüssigkeitsbehältern meist nicht verkehrt. Wenn man es schon offen sichtbar macht, dann wenigstens mit genaueren Informationen.
