Neon lights in a futuristic urban city in rain is aesthetic af, so this was really fun to work on. ^^
Apologies for being kinda slow with commissions lately, I was dealing with a nasty artblock for a few weeks, but its been subsiding so I'm tryin to get back into the game. :')
