Luke is a merciless Lucario and Anubis' Pokemon.
As such he is full of gas, always ready to great a victim with hot farts.
The green ankh on his leg is the reason why he never runs out of farts, a power that Anubis gave him.
In a battle he lost an arm. His former trainer built a metal arm as a replacement. That arm allows him to concentrate his psychic powers to unleash powerful attacks.

His attacks:
Psychic (used to take complete control over victim)
Extreme speed (prevent victim from fleeing)
Aura sphere (because Lucario)
Poison gas (.... )
