Cindy is a young Braixen (and also my youngest OC at 19!). A college dropout, Cindy is naive and very much self-centered. She transforms people after trapping them within a ring of signature blue flames and proceeds to change them into Pokemon, be it feral or anthro. After turning a professor into a Caterpie, she was shunned and Cindy in turn ran away from home. None the less, her lesson wasn't learned as she continued with her shenanigans that bring her amusement. She loves life and sorcery and is always working to improve herself on that. Full of youth, Cindy has a lot to learn still!
